| A celebration of recovery
is an opportunity for individuals to listen to and to share with
others from public and private life about the meaning and impact
of recovery from alcohol and drugs in their lives and the lives
of others. It is also an opportunity to gain some insight, and also
to offer hope, to individuals and their families who experience
at first hand the consequences of addictive behaviour.
The events are organised by Northlands – a community based
charity that provides alcohol and drugs information, counselling
and treatment service.
